Personal cases related to banks and commercial relations? You are not alone.
You are not a trader, but that does not mean that commercial and banking law does not affect you.
Every day, individuals take out consumer loans, become parties to contracts with banks, fill out promissory notes, participate in investments or encounter problematic financial services.
My job is to protect your rights in these situations - clearly, professionally and in plain language.
How can I help you
I work with clients who:
- Have a problem with bank or credit institution - undue fees, interest, early repayments
- They have signed contracts containing incomprehensible or misleading clauses
- They have received invitation for voluntary payment, promissory note or execution order
- Were guarantor on the credit of others and they are required to perform
- Have unsettled investment dispute, savings plans or money transfers
- Want to challenge the actions of banks or financial intermediaries in court or before the CPC
What we will do together
- Analysis of the contract and all supporting documents
- Preparing a legal opinion - what are your real rights and risks
- Submitting complaints to competent institutions - BNB, CPC, Ombudsman
- Negotiations and communication with the bank/defaulting party
- Representation in court where necessary
- A strategy aimed at real results
When to seek a lawyer
Don't wait for the enforcement notice. The moment you:
- you do not fully understand the contract you are signing
- you suspect that conditions are unfavourable
- feel pressure from a bank, company or private lender
- you are involved in a commercial dispute without being a "trader"
... then it's time for legal help.
Consultation
Every case study starts with the right questions. During a consultation we will discuss:
- Your rights and how they protect you
- What are the possible steps
Frequently Asked Questions
I signed a contract with a bank, but I don't understand everything. Is it possible to dispute?
Yeah. If there are unfair clauses, lack of transparency or breaches of contract rules - the contract or parts of it can be challenged.
What is a "promissory note" and what should I do if I have signed one?
This is a document that commits you to pay an amount. Signing it poses a serious risk if it is not thought through. It can be challenged in court if necessary.
Can a private creditor take my property?
Yes, with an unpaid debt and regular procedure through a writ of execution and CSI. But a lawyer can protect you - by objection, appeal, negotiation.
They let me down with the contract. Can I claim compensation?
Yeah. If you have acted, for example, under misleading or hidden terms or in breach of consumer protection rules - you have the right to claim liability.
