Frequently Asked Questions
What compensation am I entitled to if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, you may receive between €250 and €600, depending on the distance of the route.
Does this also apply to low cost airlines?
Yeah. The Regulation applies to all airlines based in the EU when taking off from or landing in an EU Member State.
What is the deadline for submitting a claim for compensation?
In Bulgaria, the period is up to 3 years from the date of flight. The earlier you file it, the better.
The airline refused to pay me. What should I do?
Contact a lawyer. I will prepare the claim on your behalf and if necessary we will take legal action.
